After the sealing the latex has to be cured using heat lamps. Production of artificial turf is almost finished at this stage. The last step entails making a uniform turf by clipping off any long tufts. After this, the product is packed and readied for shipment to various destinations.
Part of the installation process entails leveling the soil on the site the product is supposed to be installed. This is followed by smoothing of the site by use of a steam roller.
